The only thing more difficult than a person from middle class starting their own business is sustenance. This is where an advice that one has to improve service to customers comes in handy. It can tremendously boost your business and when neglected customers can completely break it.
There are a few ways to ensure the return of your regular customers and to bring in new ones. Always maintain a personal relationship with your regulars. Remember their names and enquire about their family whenever you meet them. Greet them with a smile. Offer regular freebies that make them feel special. Never turn anybody away without an offer to help.
If you have employed people in your shop, train them on good customer service. Pay well and it will definitely improve service attitude of your employees. Don't be stingy on your marketing and advertising budget. Choose the right option and it will serve you well!
